— please note that transacting with me means you have read and agreed on the terms and conditions stated below


payment

— no late payment fees will be asked but please pay on or before the given deadline of payment (dop).— you will be given 3-5 days beyond the dop to settle your balances, failure to do so will automatically cancel you order/s from me and be posted as bogus buyer.

cancellation

— strictly no cancellation! please don’t cancel your orders, especially when they are already secured. i will be requiring a cancellation fee worth 50% of the total price you have ordered from me if you really wish to cancel.— 5 days to settle the cancellation fee, if not completed on the given duration, you’ll be posted as joy reserver and be blocked from my account.

packaging and shipping

— there is a packaging fee (pf) of 10php for photocards, postcards, mini or folded posters, and 20php for outboxes, albums, photobooks or magazines. it can be collected, together with the local shipping fee (lsf), once your orders are ready to be shipped.— please note that i am from mindanao and that it usually takes 5-7 days of shipping process, both in sending orders and in receiving items, especially to/from mm or luz areas.— rest assured that once items arrive at my address, i will immediately sort and pack your orders. so, hoping for your utmost patience and understanding during our whole transaction.

refund

— payment that are done prior to cancellation of order or cancellation due to failure of settling your balance are non refundable— please be guided that factory defects, and damages made through shipment are beyond my control. i will be sending photos/videos to show the condition of your orders and how it was packed— a refund will only be given if proven that i am held liable of the mistakes that occurred.— if there are any complaints about the received item, please provide a full unedited unpacking video of it (starting from opening the pouch or box).
